Vanessa is certified in mindfulness from the Yomu Institute, and graduated from the Ladybug Yoga as a Kids Yoga instructor.
Vanessa has been a kids yoga and mindfulness instructor for about 7 years now. She believes in a life free of judgment, filled with joy and gratitude.
She started teaching kids because they are a reflection of what she believes in. When doing her certification Vanessa felt her life purpose is to teach children because they have so much to teach us.
She believes that the practice of yoga and mindfulness combine has a positive impact in a child’s life journey. It helps children to increase their ability to regulate emotions, decrease stress, anxiety and depression. It can also help them to better focus their attention, learn to observe their thoughts and feelings without judgment.
Because all of this Vanessa decided to create a place where children can be themselves and learn how to incorporate the tools given into their daily life and connect to themselves and their surroundings, and this is how Kids & Yoga Love Music was created.
Andreina began her spiritual journey at a very young age, when she was only 15 years old she started practicing yoga and meditation almost every day and always wanted to share her experience with the world. Andreina began her spiritual journey at a very young age, when she was only 15 years old she started practicing yoga and meditation almost every day and always wanted to share her experience with the world. She started the Kundalini yoga certification program. She is a 200 RYT Yoga Teacher, Meditation Facilitator and Kids Yoga Teacher where her main focus is the combination of the asana practice with meditation and conscious breathing. She loves doing women circles and working with kids by guiding parents on conscious parenthood. She is grateful to be able to share all this with everyone while doing and following her passion, what she loves, and starting to become the change that we all want to see in the world by just being an example.
Amanda’s curiosity for yoga started at a young age, she used to see her aunt practice often. Years later Amanda started practicing yoga, she has now practiced for over 5 years. Amanda has grown a curiosity about wellness and holistic medicine. She is a 2oo RYT and Sound Bath practitioner. She specialize in Restorative, Vinyasa and Power

KoTo Kaur, is a Kundalini Yoga & Meditation instructor and a musician, that strongly believes in the power of sound, which she flawlessly incorporates in her classes and meditations, which Kundalini Yoga is heartily focused on. A practice of deep breathwork that every cell of your body will be thankful for, and that will definitely reset and renew your mind and soul.
