Toddler Yoga Class is all about flow. This class is athletic, blending coordination and movement. We will do animal poses, we will stretch, sing, balance, and play Yoga! This class is 30 minutes at our yoga studio
Kids Yoga Studio Class is divided by ages toddler, 5-8, and 8-13 years old. In these playful classes children will strengthen their bodies as they learn how to focus through breathing and relaxation techniques. Class is 45 minutes.
This particular class is a wonderful activity that you can do with your child no matter what age. We will play fun Yoga games building confidence and self-esteem, as well as a strong and healthy bodies. Class is 45 minutes at our yoga studio
