Why is it important to do Yoga? It is a great way to stay healthy, be happy, and learn to calm our minds and bodies. Children develop strength, flexibility, and balance, while discovering that their minds and bodies are connected, which assists them in increasing their self-awarenes, building their self-esteem, and helping them learn how to focus and concentrate.
